On pricing We much prefer accuracy to upcharges.
While “scope creep” might be a business strategy for some, it’s bad practice to us. Instead, we commit to being accurate with our budgets and fair with our pricing. Sure, it might take a little longer to refine your contract, but you can feel confident about what you’re paying.
On communication We build on professionalism.
The owner-contractor relationship can’t operate without trust. And trust is built on communication. When you reach out to us, we respond promptly. If there’s an issue on the job site, we show up ASAP. In other words, we take ownership and embrace partnership.
